What makes a good photo?

  1. Lighting Matters: Take your pet’s photo in a well-lit area, preferably with natural light and no filters.
  2. Get Close and Head-On: Capture a close-up of your pet, head-on, showing the ears, head, neck, and chest for the best cropping.
  3. Avoid These: Skip blurry, filtered, overhead shots, or photos of your pet lying down, as these are harder to work with.

Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?

Yes! For more than two pets in a single portrait, please contact our support team at support@finearttails.com for assistance.

What animals do you transform into fine art?

Yes! We create portraits for all kinds of pets, from adorable bunnies to pet birds. If it’s an animal, we’ll likely create a portrait for you! Please note: we currently don’t create portraits of humans (no matter how cute you are!).

What if I need to make a change to my order?

Yes! We’re happy to assist with changes to your pet portrait order if you contact us at support@finearttails.com within 30 minutes of placing your order.

After 30 minutes, most changes, including address updates, cannot be made. Please note that some order changes may cause shipping delays.

Can I preview my portrait before it ships?

To ensure your order is processed quickly, we don’t offer artwork previews or proofs. Don’t worry, if your photo isn’t ideal for a portrait, we’ll contact you for a replacement.
